New Issue: UBS sells $5.87 million digital index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 24 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $5.87 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due June 5, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,068 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.
