BMO plans bullish digital return barrier notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 18 – Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% bullish digital return notes with barrier due June 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 17.75%.
If the index finishes at or above its 90% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes will price on April 27 and settle on May 2
The Cusip number is 06367T4Y3.
