Morgantown, W.Va., April 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $597,000 of 0% contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.77 times the gain.
If the index falls by up to 25%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.
