New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.28 million digital buffered notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., April 6 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.28 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Sept. 29, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is at least negative 20%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 24%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.
