Credit Suisse to price digital barrier notes on Euro Stoxx, EM fund

New York, April 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital barrier notes due Oct. 28, 2019 linked to the lowest performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed payment of between 15.25% and 16.25% unless either underlying finishes below its knock in level, 75% of its initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing underlying from its initial level. The exact fixed payment amount will be set at pricing.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 20 and settle on April 27.

The Cusip number is 22550WNE3.
