Chicago, March 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.26 million of 0% trigger jump securities due March 4, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the gain and 30.25%.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
If the index finishes below its 90% downside threshold, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
