New Issue: TD Bank sells $1.21 million leveraged buffered notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 13 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.21 million of leveraged buffered notes due March 14, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 255% of the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
