New Issue: Barclays sells $43.77 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., March 9 – Barclays Bank plc priced $43.77 million of 0% market-linked notes due March 3, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of any index gain. If the index finishes flat or falls, the payout will be par plus the index return, subject to a floor of 90% of par.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
