Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 28 – GS Finance Corp. priced $728,000 0% digital notes due Feb. 28, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the return of each underlier is at least negative 40%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,290 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing underlier from its initial level.
Goldman Sachs & Co. is the underwriter.
