New Issue: Barclays sells $1.64 million contingent barrier notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.64 million of 0% contingent barrier notes due Aug. 7, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain.

If the index finishes flat or falls but finishes at or above the 62.15% barrier level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline from the initial level.

Barclays is the underwriter. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
