New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $4.95 million trigger PLUS on basket of indexes

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 9 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $4.95 million of 0% trigger Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2020 linked an equally weighted basket of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, MSCI Emerging Markets index and Tokyo Stock Price index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the basket finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.5 times the gain, up to a maximum payment of $13.00 per PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the basket finishes below its 80% trigger level.
