JPMorgan to price uncapped contingent buffered notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Dec. 20, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 50% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level if the index falls by more than the 50% contingent buffer.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The notes will price on Dec. 15.

The Cusip number is 48129HVQ7.
