JPMorgan to price 2.5-year review notes linked to Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% review notes due June 11, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
After one year, the notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of at least 8% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual review date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 8.
The Cusip number is 48129HVB0.
