New Issue: Barclays sells $25 million return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 15 – Barclays Bank plc priced $25 million of 0% return enhanced notes due Nov. 18, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.437 times the index gain. Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
Barclays is the agent. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are placement agents.
