HSBC to price leveraged buffered market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 10 – HSBC USA Inc. plans to price 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Dec. 6, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, subject to a maximum cap of 60% to 65%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price Nov. 30.

The Cusip number is 40435FKA4.
