Morgan Stanley plans buffered PLUS with no cap linked to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Nov. 9 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Dec. 3, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 143% of any index gain.

Imvestors will receive par if the index by up to 20% and will be exposed to any loss beyond 20%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 30 and settle on Dec. 5.

The Cusip number is 61768CTD9.
