UBS plans to price digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 25 – UBS AG, London Branch plans to price 17- to 19-month 0% digital notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount, which is expected to be between $1,091.00 and $1,107.00 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.

The exact maturity date and maximum settlement amount will be set at pricing.

UBS Securities LLC is the underwriter.

The Cusip number is 90270KNR6.
