New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $3.64 million airbag autocallable notes tied to Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 20 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $3.64 million of 0% airbag autocallable notes due Oct. 20, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 11% a year if the shares close at or above the initial share price on any annual observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the agents.
