Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $4.94 million of 0% dual directional trigger jump securities due Oct. 5, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index gain and the fixed return amount of $3.005.
If the final index level is at or below the initial level but at or above the 80% trigger level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return.
If the index falls below the trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
