New Issue: Deutsche Bank sells $5.00 million buffered return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 10 – Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch priced $4,997,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Oct. 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.367 times any index gain.

If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the placement agents.
