New Issue: Barclays sells $883,000 SuperTrack notes linked to Euro Stoxx, Dow

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 10 – Barclays Bank plc priced $883,000 of 0% SuperTrack notes due Oct. 5, 2020 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.49 times the gain of the worse performing index.
If either index falls but both finish at or above their 55% barrier levels, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index from its initial level.
