JPMorgan to price 14-month digital equity notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Dec. 14, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,082.40 to $1,096.80 per $1,000 of notes. The exact threshold settlement amount will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Oct. 11.
The Cusip number is 48129HFH5.
