Barclays to price buffered return enhanced notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 20 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Sept. 26, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.34 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1.1765% for every 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.

Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.

The notes will price on Sept. 22.

The Cusip number is 06744C4V0.
