New Issue: Barclays sells $13.92 million Leveraged Index Return Notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $13.92 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Aug. 28, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 2.35 times any index gain.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
