New Issue: Barclays prices $1.43 million buffered enhanced notes tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Aug. 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.43 million of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Aug. 10, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5335 times any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for each 1% decline beyond the geared buffer.

Barclays is the agent with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as placement agents.
