New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2 million capped return enhanced notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% capped return enhanced notes due July 30, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the index gain, subject to a maximum return of 85%. If the index return is negative, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the decline.
