New Issue: Citigroup sells $524,000 barrier digital plus notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., July 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $524,000 of 0% barrier digital plus securities due July 28, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 31.5%.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 65% of the initial index level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
