New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $9.78 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx

Tacoma, Wash., July 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $9.78 million of 0% digital notes due April 16, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive or zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 52% and the index return. If the index return is negative, investors will be exposed to the decline.
