New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $3.49 million trigger jump notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Knoxville, Tenn., July 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3,486,200 of 0% trigger jump securities due Aug. 5, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index return and 25.5%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to the downside threshold, 90% of its initial level, and will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level if the index declines by more than 10%.
