Credit Suisse plans digital barrier notes on Russell 2000, Stoxx 50

New York, July 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch intends to price 0% digital barrier securities due Aug. 23, 2018 linked to the lowest performing of the Russell 2000 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If neither index closes below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, during the life of the notes, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.15%.

Otherwise the payout will be par plus the return of the lowest performing index, capped at par.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on July 19 and settle on July 24.

The Cusip number is 22550BCZ4.
