Citigroup plans market-linked notes tied to basket of three indexes

Chicago, July 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0.75% market-linked notes due Feb. 5, 2024 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Topix index, equally weighted, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain.
If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
The notes will price on July 31.
The Cusip number is 17325K776.
