Citigroup plans enhanced buffered digital securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Knoxville, Tenn., July 3 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due July 30, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level or falls by up to 15%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return, which is expected to be 17.5% to 20.5% and will be set at pricing. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 17324CKQ8) will price on July 26 and settle three business days after pricing.
