New Issue: JPMorgan sells $13.39 million enhanced participation notes on Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $13.39 million of 0% enhanced participation equity notes due May 16, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.83 times the index return. Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
