Credit Suisse plans digital plus barrier notes tied to Euro Stoxx 50

New York, May 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital plus barrier notes due May 26, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its 70% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of any gain and the fixed payment of 37.75%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 19 and settle on May 26.

The Cusip number is 22550B4K6.
