Columbus, Ohio, May 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.1 million of autocallable securities notes due May 3, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index closes at or above its initial level on any of four annual determination dates, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 12%.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 60% if the index finishes at or above its initial level. If the index falls by up to 40.5%, the payout will be par; otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the index from its initial level.
