New Issue: JPMorgan sells $710,000 autocallable equity notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., April 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $710,000 of 0% autocallable equity notes due April 23, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 11.5% per year.

If the notes have not been called and the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout will be par plus the greater of the index return and 30%. If the index finishes below its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to losses.
