Credit Suisse plans Bares due 2020 linked to S&P 500, Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the lowest performing of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 250% of any index gain, up to an underlying return cap of 63.5% to 68.5%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.

The notes will price on April 27.

The Cusip number is 22548QZV0.
