New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.77 million contingent interest autocallables on three indexes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.77 million of autocallable contingent interest notes due April 17, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 7.25% if each index closes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on a quarterly review date.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any review date other than the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 50% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
