Columbus, Ohio, April 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5 million of 0% trigger securities due April 15, 2021 linked to a basket of three indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket components are the S&P 500 index (60% weight), the Euro Stoxx 50 index (30% weight) and the MSCI Emerging Markets index (10% weight).
If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by no more than 50% and will be fully exposed to the basket’s decline from its initial level if it falls by more than 50%.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
