New Issue: JPMorgan sells $5.68 million three-year review notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Knoxville, Tenn., April 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $5,675,000 of 0% review notes due April 2, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of 13% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level.
