New Issue: Barclays prices $7 million two-year notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50 index

Morgantown, W.Va., March 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $7 million of 0% notes due March 28, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed return of 18.3%. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
