Columbus, Ohio, March 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $8.87 million of 0% digital equity notes due March 19, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,143.50 per $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% loss beyond 15%.
