New Issue: HSBC prices $7.66 million autocallable securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 21 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $7.66 million of autocallable securities due Feb. 18, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index closes at or above its initial level on any of four annual determination dates, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 13.45%.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 67.25% if the index finishes at or above its initial level. If the index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the index from its initial level.

HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
