Barclays plans SuperTrack notes with barrier, no cap tied to Stoxx 50

Chicago, Dec. 14 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% SuperTrack notes due June 26, 2020 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.95 times any index gain.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below its 75% barrier level.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Dec. 23 and settle on Dec. 29.
The Cusip number is 06741VEQ1.
