Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 11 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.09 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 3, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $13.60 per PLUS.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
If the index falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
Barclays is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
