New Issue: Citigroup prices $407,000 market-linked notes on ETF, index basket

Norfolk, Va., Aug. 30 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $407,000 of 0% market-linked notes due Aug. 30, 2021 linked to a basket of three underliers, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond exchange-traded fund with a 50% weight, the Dow Jones industrial average with a 25% weight and the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 25% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain. If the basket falls, the payout will be par.
