New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.5 million contingent income autocallables on indexes

By Tali Rackner

Norfolk, Va., July 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.5 million of contingent income autocallable securities due July 6, 2018 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly payment at an annualized rate of 6% if each index closes at or above its 55% downside threshold level on each day during a quarterly monitoring period.

The notes will be redeemed at par of $10 plus the contingent payment if each index closes at or above the initial level on any determination date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any index finishes below the 55% downside threshold level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the least-performing index.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC with handling distribution.
