JPMorgan plans three-year autocallable notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, June 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price autocallable notes due July 2, 2019 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be called at par plus an annual call premium of at least 11.75% if the index closes at or above its initial level on June 28, 2017, June 27, 2018 or June 27, 2019.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 27 and settle on June 30.

The Cusip number is 46646EGF3.
