Barclays plans digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, June 6 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% digital notes due Dec. 21, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above 75% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 11.5% to 12.5%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the lesser performing index.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on June 17 and settle on June 24.

The Cusip number is 06741V4F6.
