Credit Suisse plans 13- to 15-month notes with 3x leverage on Stoxx

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 13- to 15-month 0% leveraged notes linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,220.50 and $1,258 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. The exact cap will be set at pricing.
Investors will be exposed to any losses.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on April 12.
The Cusip number is 22548Q2Z7.
